  • This we will achieve through continual improvement in;

  • 1. Development and implementation of the system according to ISO/IEC 17025: 2017 requirements.

  • 2. Adherence to the Test Processes of the valid National / International Standards.  

  • 3. Ensure competence of the personnel.

  • 4. Accuracy and fitness of Test equipment.

  • 5. Protection of Customers confidential information.

  • 6. Ensuring compliance to the accreditation body requirements.

OBJECTIVES

  • 1. Maximum 1 mistake per quarter in the report identified during the review.

  • 2. Maximum 1 complaint per quarter related to testing services provided to the customer/s.  

  • 3. Achieve minimum 90% customer satisfaction level.
