Prof Digambar Dhondiba Pawar M.B.A., D.C.M, M.A., having experience of 13 years industrial experience as well as 7 year experience in educational organization. Under the guidance of him APCOER training & Placement department running. who is keen in encouraging students to prefer jobs that better suit their profile. Pre-Placement Talks are conducted for the final year students prior to the commencement of placement session every year.
We are trying to get in touch with number of industrial establishments, multinational companies and others, with aim to establish a well managed dynamic placement and career guidance cell which will ensure that our students are properly guided to face the challenges of outside world. To coordinate above activities a competent placement officer has been appointed. We plan to bring the industrial giants to the campus and make them interact with students for their career planning.
During session 2015-16 serveal companies are visited for placements, like are persistant,zensar,techmahindra,L&T Infotech, Indiana Conveyers Ltd,Desai Electronics, Prolifics etc….
The TNP cell is committed to carry forward the APCOER vision to build high quality, employable engineering and management talented students for the industry which in turn contributes in National Development.
The gap between industry requirements and that of knowledge imparted through course curriculum is bridged by performing extra activities in the institute. All departments are engaging students in valuse added programs(VAPs) to improve the employability of the students. The students taking interest in all these activities via induction programs, VAPs, get an edge over others in getting their dream company
