The purpose of the Information Technology Student
Association (ITSA) is be to build networking among students interested in
information technology, promote currency in technology trends, increase
awareness of technology, encourage involvement and leadership in the department
and profession, and provide service to the department and community.
The Information Technology Student Association fosters
personal growth, leadership, and opportunities in Science, Technology,
Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM); members apply and integrate these concepts
through co-curricular activities, competitions, and related programs.
The ITSA recognize four factors for success that we are to live by and
constantly strive towards:
- ITSA members are themselves designing education and
has the power over all decisions regarding their daily lives.
- The ITSA aims to be an organization that encourages
and creates the right conditions for member participation.
- ITSA membership services reflects and facilitates
students' needs and daily lives.
- The ITSA is an organization with facilities and resources enough to
provide means to achieve its objectives.
